Meet the brewer meets food pairing with this event at Canopy Beer Co's tap room in Herne Hill, south east London. Your ticket price includes food, a pint, and a chat from our Head Brewer, with some extra tastings of our other beers thrown in too.
Alex from The Pickled Fork is cooking 8-hour Braised Shin of Beef Cooked in Canopy Beer Co Full Moon Porter, Savoy Cabbage, Caramelized Parsnip Puree, Swede Spaghetti, Smoked Bone Marrow Gravy and Beef & Porter Fries. The food has been designed to pair with our Full Moon Porter, and that's what we'd recommend you drink!
There are two sittings, at 7pm and 9pm and the tap room is open from 5pm until 11pm.
